TrustFlow is designed for document-heavy onboarding workflows for banks, credit unions, and related financial teams. This page provides a high-level view of how ACME TrustFlow approaches platform security and service operations.

AWS-hosted The TrustFlow application is hosted in AWS with separate staging and production environments.

Role-based access Workforce identity and access are managed through Microsoft Entra ID and AWS IAM Identity Center.

Service operations Core systems, ownership, and operating procedures are maintained through a structured internal service model.

Access management

Workforce identity is managed through Microsoft Entra ID.
AWS workforce access is federated through AWS IAM Identity Center.
Administrative and elevated access paths are separated from standard workforce access.

Infrastructure and environment separation

TrustFlow runs in AWS with separate staging and production application environments.
The public corporate website is separated from the authenticated product environment.
Baseline AWS logging and security monitoring services are enabled at the account level.

Data handling and operations

Operational ownership is assigned across systems, teams, and supporting services.
Document-heavy onboarding work is managed through structured case and request handling.
Internal procedures and service records support ongoing operational review.
